We accept Paypal as well as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, and use SecureNet Payment Systems to process your credit card payment. Your private information is completely protected by SecureNet as it is a National Banking Institution.
You have a choice of shipping your organizer via FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Ground, or the United States Postal Service Priority Shipping.
FedEx Smart Post- This is our slowest, but least expensive shipping method. Average shipping time 2-16 days depending on your location in the United States. Your organizer will ship via FedEx Smart Post to your local post office, where your local postal worker will then deliver your organizer to your personal home or post office box. **Our organizers ship from Oregon, so please allow a few extra days shipping time if you reside on the East Coast.
FedEx Ground- This shipping method is affordable and reliable. Your organizer will be mailed through FedEx Ground and will take approximately 2-5 days to reach its destination. This is a much quicker, more reliable shipping option than FedEx Smart Post.
USPS Priority Mail- This is our most expensive, but fastest shipping method. Your organizer will arrive in 2-3 days and will be delivered directly to your P.O. Box or home address.
We accept new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We will reimburse your full order cost, however we cannot refund the original and return shipping costs. We will however pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Product Warranty Information
Our organizers are protected under a 30-day limited warranty, and if it is used as it is intended and it exhibits unusual issues such as the top handle or shoulder strap breaking, we will either replace the damaged piece, or replace your organizer. If it is determined that you mis-used or did not properly care for your organizer, your warranty is no longer valid and is voided.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage. Altering the organizer in any way, also voids this warranty.
Please note: Warranty is only valid for the original consumer/purchaser of Jenn's Coupon Box Organizers. The warranty provided for herein applies only to and extends to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product. We must have an address of the original purchaser on file.
Under certain special circumstances, we may choose to make an exception to the 30 day warranty rule. Meaning, we may extend the warranty plan at our own discretion, but will never shorten the warranty coverage period.
Simply put, we protect any/all of your personal information and do not provide it to any outside agency. We may use the information to contact you regarding future products and promotions.
